We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals for new and used off-road, on-road, and marine vehicles. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represents the company for the sale of vehicles to customers.

• Must keep current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles potentially sellable by the company. 

• Keep abreast of competitive activity, companies, and competitive products. 

• Keep current on trends in our industry that will affect what our customers will buy today and in the future. 

• Maintain an accurate traffic log entered into our CMS.  

• Conduct field demonstrations of products. 

• Maintain in good, usable, and current condition (electronic and/or paper) all manuals, price lists, and other documents provided by the company. 

• Accurately complete all documents related to sales transactions. 

• Have a good knowledge of used vehicle values and be able to assist management in evaluating properly for trade-in purposes. 

• Work in conjunction and cooperation with Sales Manager on all activities.

Parts Specialists

We are looking to hire a Parts & Accessory Specialist to our team. Our average Specialists can expect to make around $30,000 in their first year and see an earning potential of $40,000 plus based on commissions and an hourly guarantee.

SCHEDULE/PAY/BENEFITS

Our schedule is unique.We’re closed every Sunday and Monday. The current required availability is Tuesday – Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Although extended hours might be required. Pay is based on a very generous commissioned structure, with additional SPIFF plans available. Paid semi-monthly.

Marine Technician

Summary:
Do you love the world of powersports, auto or marine mechanics, and possess a strong desire to grow? We are looking for an experienced technician comfortable working on Malibu/Axis Boats, Outboard engines from Suzuki, Mercury, Sea-Doo, Yamaha PWC and many more top tier OEM Boat & engine brands! You will be responsible for repairing and servicing Pontoon, Wake, Pwc and Fishing Boats.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly inspect and report on unit diagnosis the first time.
• Very strong electrical diagnosis required.
• Repair and service units in a timely manner in accordance with flat rate times.
• Be aware of all service bulletins and check for their completion.
• Keep work area clean.
• Correctly clock in/out on Lightspeed
• Pull units in/out daily.
• Advise on additional work needed on all repair orders.
• Remain current with all required certifications.

Qualifications:

– 3-5 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for C level tech.
