Responsibilities:

– Represent the company for the sale of vehicles to customers.
– Must keep current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles potentially sellable by the company.
– Keep abreast of competitive activity, companies, and competitive products.
– Keep current on trends in our industry that will affect what our customers will buy today and in the future.
– Maintain an accurate traffic log entered into the traffic log system.
– Conduct field demonstrations of products.
– Maintain in good, usable, and current condition (electronic and/or paper) all manuals, price lists, and other documents provided by the company.
– Accurately complete all documents related to sales transactions.
– Have a good knowledge of used vehicle values and be able to assist management in evaluating properly for trade in purposes.
– Work in conjunction and cooperation with Sales Manager on all activities.

Qualifications:

Technician (Multiple Positions)

Job Description:

We are growing and are looking to add Skilled Technicians to our Service Department!

The schedule is 5 days a work week

We are currently hiring for these positions;

1. P.D.I. Technician. (Build & Prepare new units for sale)
2. “C”- Level Technician (Basic service, tire swap and oil changes)
3. “B”- Level Technician.
4. “A”- Level Technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance, according to guidelines, on all makes and models.
• Diagnosis and repair of issues on all types of units and provide a written detailed description of the issue, along with the recommendation on what needs to be repaired including the parts needed for the repair.
• Disassemble and repair of engines, carburetors, clutches, transmissions, etc.
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems.
• Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components.
• Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery.
• Communicate to supervisor of needed parts for special ordering.
• Keep logs of work and report on issues.
• Effective communication with the team, to discuss needed repairs or why a repair is necessary and whether the problem would have been preventable.
• Must be able to move units up to 500 lbs., ability to stand and perform job duties.

Qualifications

• References required
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Must have experience in riding motorcycles, ATV’s and UTV’s
• Must have clean & valid driver’s license including motorcycle endorsement
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude and be willing to continue perfecting their skills
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Tools (to perform the standard task) highly recommended or the means to purchase them through our vendors
• Pay per hour depending on skill level
