Colton helped us find the perfect UTV. Tim was an excellent salesman. Tim helped me choose the Polaris 570, by showing me all the functions, features, and capabilities of the Polaris 570. The parts and accessories guys helped me with a few must have accessories, and explained the service intervals. Mrs Julie helped with all the title paper work and warranty info, making it a quick and painless experience. They both were extremely friendly and helpful, as was everyone. Extremely satisfied, looking forward to my next purchase with Tim and the team.

Roger was my sales guy, he was AMAZING! This was my very first big girl purchase ever and he made me so confident I could do it! I am new to motorcycles and riding, so when I originally walked into Family Power sports ... It was just to take a look around, but then I fell in LOVE with this Honda GROM and well, HE MADE IT HAPPEN! The process was quick and easy, the finance guy was super nice I don't remember his name! But Roger was very thorough and kind, He answered any questions I had and made sure to get me a great deal! 10/10 would recommend his service when you go! I had a wonderful experience there, I didn't wait a long time either and even if you do have to wait a little bit go check out their helmets and gear section! I was also able to get a sweet helmet, gloves and a beanie! Thank you ROGER and family power sports for your great customer service, I would 100% recommend!
