With six locations across Texas, shipping policies may vary depending on the store. Final shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines will be determined at the time of purchase.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping and pickup options:

In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their purchase at their nearest Family Powersports location.
Local Delivery: Available at select locations for certain products. Delivery fees and timelines vary by store.
Freight Shipping: Larger items, such as ATVs, UTVs, and boats, may require freight shipping. Shipping rates and timelines will be discussed at the time of purchase.
Parts & Accessories Shipping: Smaller items, such as gear, apparel, and accessories, may be shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with applicable shipping fees.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase, depending on the selected location and shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, handling fees, or surcharges will be calculated based on shipping destination and method.

Damages & Claims

Family Powersports is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or damages that occur during transit.
Customers should inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any damage immediately to the shipping carrier and the Family Powersports location handling the order.
